Web Portal Access

Click the button below to create or access your account online, enroll in automatic payments, enroll in e-statements, or make one time payments on your garbage account.

Account Access

To create an online account, you will need an invoice number and your account number.  For monthly customers, this information will be on an invoice dated 4/1/2020 or after.  For quarterly and annual customers that wish to set up an online account, please call us at (320) 589-3804 to obtain your invoice number and account number as the last invoice that you received was created in our old billing software.

Enroll in Automatic Payments

Once you are logged in to the web portal, click on Auto Payment on the left hand side of the screen.  You can enroll with a credit/debit card or via ACH.  Automatic payments will process on the 22nd of each month.  If the 22nd falls on a weekend or holiday, automatic payments will process on the Friday or business day before.

View Billing & Payment History

Once you are logged in to the web portal, click on Billing History or Payment History on the left hand side of the screen.

Make One-Time Payments

Once you are logged in to the web portal, click on Make Payment on the left hand side of the screen.  You can make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card.  If you would like to make a one-time payment via ACH, please call our office at (320) 589-3804.

Enroll in E-Statements

Once you are logged in to the web portal, click on Paperless on the left hand side of the screen.  Click on Switch to Paperless Billing and follow the prompts.

Change Billing Address

Once you are logged in to the web portal, click on Update Bill-To on the left hand side of the screen.  Change the applicable information and click Save Changes.  If you have an update to your service address or service frequency, please call our office at (320) 589-3804.
